Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Create and lead agendas for individual small- and large-group meetings and/or workshops, take meeting/workshop notes, synthesize next steps, and follow up with participants. 2. Manage all day-of-event, on-site logistics (inclusive of audio-visual, printed materials, attendance tracking, and delivering announcements and updates on behalf of the Corporation). 3. Work with Corporation staff to design a series of working sessions in service of a targeted goal, including, but not limited to, hosting kick-off meetings to hone goals of meeting series, create project plan for reaching goals, facilitate meetings in service of those goals, manage stakeholder engagement, ensure all participants are completing tasks in service of those goals, and complete final reports that detail next steps and handing project off to Corporation upon culmination of working sessions. 4. Read and synthesize documents and materials provided to the Proposer in order to make recommendations on participants, structure, and process of projects. Assist in identifying additional information that may be needed in service of process and project goals. 5. Create lists of potential community participants for certain meetings, based on meeting or process goals; communicate with those participants to ensure best representation amongst relevant stakeholders. 6. Create ‘final products’ from facilitated sessions, which may include things like draft implementation plans for grant applications; draft components of grant applications, as built out through the facilitated process; and/or synthesized recommendations for team structuring to support Corporation goals.
