Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department is seeking to contract with an individual or entity to crush and stockpile 10,000 tons of 1¼” base course gravel in the County Forest pit on Armstrong Creek Road. Crush and stockpile 10,000 tons of 1¼ inch base course aggregate. All activities and material produced must stay within the footprint of the existing site, remaining less than one acre in size. Daily verification and independent assurance sampling and testing will be performed by Lincoln County or its’ representative. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all mechanical equipment, personal protective equipment, labor, materials, transportation, tools, certifications, and licenses necessary to complete the job. The contractor is responsible for proper clean up and disposal of any and all spills or waste generated under performance of this contract.
