Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department is seeking to contract with an individual or entity to drill and install one new hand pump well each at New Wood Campground, Otter Lake Campground and Otter Lake Picnic Area, as well as decommissioning an existing well at the Otter Lake Picnic Area. This project includes drilling and installing three (3) new hand pump wells, one each at New Wood Campground, Otter Lake Campground and Otter Lake Picnic Area. It also includes decommissioning an existing well at the Otter Lake Picnic Area. New Wood Campground is located at N4781 State Road 107, Merrill. The new hand pump well will be centrally located in the campground on the west side of the main access road through the campground. Otter Lake Campground is located at N9060 Otter Lake Road, Gleason. The new hand pump well will be located at the west end of the campground. Otter Lake Picnic Area is located at N8896 Otter Lake Road, Gleason. The new hand pump well will be located in the picnic area. The well to be decommissioned is located on the south side of the picnic area. The contractor will be expected to drill and install three (3) new hand pump wells at the designated locations sufficient to provide potable water for the facilities. Construction and installation of the wells must follow appropriate Wisconsin Administrative Codes including but not limited to ATCP 79 and NR 812. The contractor will also be expected to decommission an existing well located at the Otter Lake Picnic Area. Drill and install one new hand pump style well for potable water at New Wood Campground located at N4781 State Road 107, Merrill. The well will be centrally located in the campground on the west side of the main access road through the campground.
