Specifications include, but are not limited to: Brown County is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify Architectural and Engineering (A/E) firms who would be interested in providing Architectural, Design, and Engineering services for the Brown County Courthouse Security Vestibule project. This project includes the design of a new security vestibule and connecting corridors between the existing Law Enforcement Center (LEC) and the adjacent Brown County Courthouse. This total anticipated area of the addition is 1,500 sf based on the attached Exhibit A (Courthouse Security Conceptual Layout - Option 2) and would include the following features: • Main entrance with shared security for each building • Metal detector, security scanner, and supervisor’s office to monitor entrance/security • Queuing lines for 10-25 people • Separate door access from vestibule into each building • Emergency lockdown pocket doors
