Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Clark County School District, herein referred to as District, is soliciting proposals from highly qualified and experienced firms for advisory/consultant services with regard to medical, dental, vision, life, and long term disability insurance coverage for Support Staff and School Police employees. The District is not seeking an insurance broker and will not purchase insurance from or through the selected advisor/consultant. Strategy Development/Objective Setting: Assist the District in defining cost management goals: Provide advice with regard to employee benefits during labor negotiations; Benchmark the District’s competitive position relative to other large employers; Provide expertise in employee contribution modeling during negotiations with employee bargaining units and during the coverage renewal process;
