The project includes an approx. 3,200 SFT renovation of a single-story Town Hall, Police Station and Fire Dept., in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. The scope includes demolition of existing walls, ceilings and flooring, new CMU walls, new doors frames and hardware, wood blocking, lockers, new steel stud and drywall partition walls, new tile, new acoustical ceilings new LVT and carpet, paint, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications and electronic security. 2.
