All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Development of regional, state-wide, countywide, and local area transportation plans including landuse/transportation alternatives analysis and evaluation for sub-regional studies, area-wide studies, corridor studies, community transportation plans, Transportation Investment Districts (TID’s), and other analyses to examine existing and future land uses, potential growth scenarios, & scale-appropriate multi-modal transportation networks. 2) Travel demand forecasting and micro-simulation modeling, including preparation of integrated travel demand modeling, micro-simulation, and 3-D modeling 3) Regional Air quality (transportation) conformity demonstration including MOVES air emissions modeling for on-road mobile sources, related travel demand modeling, GHG control strategies, and mobile source emissions budget development.
