Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliver trash carts to residents in newly annexed areas of Olive Branch. The City anticipates delivery of approximately 2,500 carts. It is understood and agreed that the actual amount of work to be done may differ somewhat from this estimate, and that the scope of work contemplated in this request is that which is designated by the City. A map of the newly annexed areas is provided for reference. Delivery to occur during the week of September 18 – 25, 2023. A complete list of delivery locations will be provided to the awarded vendor no later than September 1st, or any earlier agreed upon time. Vendor is responsible for attaching axle/wheels and documentation to each cart regarding use. The City will provide documentation to the awarded vendor. The City anticipates the documentation to be a 6” x 10” sticker. Carts are currently stored at Olive Branch Fleet Services, 10414 Hwy 178, Olive Branch, Mississippi. This location will be available to be used as a staging area with gates open Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Trash carts are to be placed curbside and out of any traffic right-of-way. Carts will not block driveways, mailboxes, etc.
