Specifications include, but are not limited to: Exterior Cleaning of Resch Center Arena • Complete exterior cleaning including north mechanical wall. • Removal of all foreign materials to include dirt, mildew, mold, oil, grease adhesives, pollution, and environmental stains from exterior surface of building. • Exterior washing shall include but not limited to horizontal, vertical, and overhangs, walls doors, windows, soffits, fascia, awnings, trim, rust removal, etc. • Washing pressure not to exceed 300 PSI. • Exterior glass rinsed with deionized water. • Contractors will provide all apparatus for safe operation at heights. This will include, but not limited to, ladders scaffolds, man-lifts, rigging, anchor freestanding counterweight systems, ropes, chairs, harnesses, squeegees, etc. • Contractor is responsible for all equipment on site, during work and non-work times. • Proposals must include equipment rentals. • Use of appropriate environmentally friendly cleaning agents. • Permits, if required shall be secured by the contractor. • Follow and comply with all Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations surrounding the Clean Water Act.
