The toilet/shower building has 1,715 square feet of enclosed areas and 289 square feet of covered area. Building construction has a poured concrete foundation and floor slab, masonry walls, wood roof trusses with metal shingles. Interior finishes are painted CMU and porcelean tile wall and floor finish with associated plumbing, Ventilation and Electrical. Site preparation with demolition, new utilities, revised utilities, new septic system and site development is included.
