Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Equipment 1) Contractor shall provide solvent and aqueous fluid circulating parts, cleaners, tanks, vats, pumps, heater, solvents, mild solvents, and aqueous fluids to CHP locations as specified in Attachment 1 - CHP Area Location Listing and Initial Equipment Selection. 2) Attachment 1, CHP Area Location Listing and Initial Equipment Selection is subject to change. Updated list shall be provided to Contractor by the CHP Fleet Operations when necessary. 3) Future conditions may change requiring a solvent/brake cleaner and/or service at a CHP location not currently using one, or a CHP location may no longer require a solvent/brake cleaner and/or service. A change in solvent/brake cleaner and/or service will require an Amendment only if additional funds are needed. B. Specifications: 1) Contractor shall properly dispose of old/used solvent or aqueous fluid in the appropriate legal method per county, state, and federal regulations. 2) All supplied equipment shall be tested and approved by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). 3) Five (5) gallon water-based brake cleaner shall be on rollers and adjust to a height of 44 inches. 4) All equipment shall have a lid or cover which can be closed in case of fire or any other emergency. 5) Contractor shall obtain prior authorization from the CHP Project Representative for any change in equipment and/or service intervals during the contract period.
