Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide plumbing maintenance services as a full service company handling any and all plumbing repairs in house as requested by DCD for non- routine and scheduled work and nonscheduled emergency work. The plumbing maintenance services work shall include the following: a. Domestic hot water and cold water piping systems b. Drain, waste and vent systems c. Gas piping system d. Storm drainage system e. Water services up to the public water and sewer system connections f. Plumbing fixtures, trim and plumbing appliances including connections to piping and venting g. Excavation, backfilling and masonry work h. Installation of faucet water filters i. Replacing/installing new furnace filters
