Specifications include, but are not limited to: The large format copier provided under this contract shall be a complete HP DesignJet XL3600 Multifunction Printer Series #6KD26A Model HP XL3600 DR with PostScript/PDF, color print, copy, and scan, dual roll 11” to 36” wide roll size, with integrated 100 sheet stacker, in accordance with the attached technical brochure or approved equal. One (1) complete set of replacement toner/ink cartridges shall be furnished with the equipment in addition to initial or introductory toner/ink cartridges. Vendors wishing to submit a proposal based on an approved equal shall provide technical specifications for the proposed equipment with a detailed list of variances between their product and the HP product specified above or herein. The Town reserves the sole right to determine whether or not an offered alternative product meets the required standards of the HP system that has been specified. Bid Item #1 is for the purchase of the system as described herein, including second floor delivery, installation, uncrating, removal and disposal of packing materials, set up, and training for a complete operational system. Bid Item #2 is for the trade-in of the existing KIP 7100 monochrome print/copy, color scan unit (including removal from the building). TOTAL COST is for the net price of the system purchase, including the trade-in value offered under Bid Item #2.
