Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contract shall consist of asphaltic surface milling, asphaltic pavement base repair, placing new asphaltic surface, traffic control and all incidental items thereto at the locations identified in the plans and these special provisions and as identified by the engineer or their duly authorized representative. The contractor shall be responsible for providing a traffic control plan and providing traffic control from the time contract work is commenced until the roadway can be opened to traffic; general cleanup including sweeping of the binder and removal of excess concrete is also required and shall be incidental to bid items included in the contract documents. Project will encompass approximately 27,000 Square Yards of asphaltic millings, approximately 3,250 Tons of asphaltic pavement, approximately 200 Square Yards of asphaltic patching, traffic control, and all incidental items.
