Specifications include, but are not limited to: 7.1.2 Windows and windowsills at the Rhode Island Convention Center as identified by SMG: a. All RICC interior and exterior windows and windowsills including the rotunda, meeting room 557 and administrative windows overlooking the lobby b. Tops of canopies outside entrances to RICC on Sabin Street c. Interior and exterior windows and windowsills on the sky bridge connecting the RICC to the OMNI Hotel d. Interior and exterior windows and windowsills on the sky bridge connecting the RICC to the AMP. 7.1.3 Windows and windowsills at the Amica Mutual Pavilion as identified by SMG: a. Interior and exterior windows and windowsills on the east, west and south sides of the AMP; entrance doors are excluded b. Office exterior windows and windowsills above the AMP lobby 7.1.4 Windows and windowsills at the Rhode Island Convention Center Parking Garages and Clifford Street Garage as identified by SMG: a. Interior and exterior windows and windowsills of the North Parking Garage stairwells b. Interior and exterior windows and windowsills of the South Parking Garage stairwells c. Interior and exterior elevator car windows and elevator shaft windows in the east bank of elevators in the North Parking Garage d. Interior and exterior windows and windowsills of the Clifford Street Garage stairwells e. During the mandatory walk-through we will be viewing the RICC North and South Garages, RICC and the AMP, located at 1 Sabin Street Providence, RI and Clifford Street Garage located at 75 Clifford Street Providence, RI. 7.1.5 Utilize commercial-rated equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning supplies and recycling efforts to remove all dust, dirt, grime and other filth on the windows and windowsills. Provide protection of all surrounding areas during the cleaning process. All sills must be wiped clean to prevent water and residue buildup under seals and future streaking. 7.1.6 The use of Green Seal certified cleaning products is required. A list of cleaning products must be submitted with bid. 7.1.7 Provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, lift rentals, police details, permit costs and supervision for the Work. 7.1.8 Provide SDS sheets for all cleaning solutions used to perform Work. 7.1.9 Provide labor and supplies for final cleaning of areas and removal of all related materials and debris. 7.1.10 Vendor shall schedule cleaning services around event activity. The center will provide a schedule of availability for work areas as well as a completion date. 7.1.11 Vendor shall post a spotter on the ground when moving lifts. Safety Cones will be placed on ground around lifts. While cleaning, walking areas will be caution taped off. 71.1.12 Vendor shall contract Police traffic officer when lift is in street
