Specifications include, but are not limited to: Identification, evaluation, design, and construction services for upgrading the Building Automation System (BAS) at the Brown County Courthouse. A&E firm will complete a site visit to gather information about the existing system and conduct a team meeting with Brown County facilities to identify operational needs and understand concerns. The A&E firm is to report findings, solutions, and high-level cost estimates to the project team for decision making purposes. After a solution has been selected by the project team, The A&E firm is to develop all designs, construction documents, and assist the project manager and/or owners’ representative with the bidding process, construction administration, and close out for the BAS system upgrade(s).
