Specifications include, but are not limited to: Brown County is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify Architectural and Engineering (A/E) firms who would be interested in providing Architectural, Design, and Engineering services for building automation upgrades. Identification, evaluation, design, and construction services for upgrading the Building Automation System (BAS) at the Brown County Courthouse. A&E firm will complete a site visit to gather information about the existing system and conduct a team meeting with Brown County facilities to identify operational needs and understand concerns. The A&E firm is to report findings, solutions, and high-level cost estimates to the project team for decision making purposes. After a solution has been selected by the project team, The A&E firm is to develop all designs, construction documents, and assist the project manager and/or owners’ representative with the bidding process, construction administration, and close out for the BAS system upgrade(s).
