Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The bidder shall provide eight (8) persons with the following work items, each: • Eleven (11) pair blue pants • Eleven (11) blue shirts, long sleeve with name tag and Town name • Four (4) pair blue coveralls with name tag and Town name • Two (2) medium weight blue jackets with name tag and Town name 2. The bidder shall provide one (1) person with the following work items, each: • Two (2) pair blue pants • Two (2) blue shirts, long sleeve with name tag and Town name • One (1) medium weight blue jacket with name tag and Town name 3. The bidder shall provide two (2) persons with the following work items, each: • Eleven (11) pair brown pants • Eleven (11) brown shirts, long sleeve with name tag and Town name • Four (4) pair brown coveralls with name tag and Town name • Two (2) medium weight brown jackets with name tag and Town name 4. The bidder shall provide one (1) person with seven (7) pair of tan cotton pants. 5. The bidder shall provide laundering service and clothing delivery to DPW and CRCC on a regular weekly basis. 6. The bidder shall provide necessary repairs, alterations, adjustments and replacement of worn or damaged clothing at no cost beyond that shown in the bid. 7. The clothing shall be properly and well constructed of a 65-35 polyester-cotton or other all cotton material which provides absorbency and neat appearance. 8. The bidder shall indicate the one (1) year contract price, and may offer three (3) year contract prices, which may be accepted by the Town at its option. The Town may also extend the contract an additional one, or three consecutive years following the initially awarded contract period, by written mutual agreement. 9. The contract shall be forfeit for non-performance by the bidder, and subject to nullification (cancellation) thirty (30) days subsequent to verbal and written confirmation by the Town.
