Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Brown County owns and operates a Waste Transfer Station at 3734 West Mason Street, Green Bay WI. • Vacuum removal of dust from top of concrete walls, metal ceiling trusses, Overhead door shrouds & aluminum paneling. • All work to be completed from a lift at a minimum 15’ to a maximum 30’ in the air. • All work to be completed after hours – 2nd shift or on the weekends, as to not interfere with the normal operating hours. • Dust can be disposal of at the Brown County South Landfill, 1258 Mill Road (County Road IL), Town of Holland 54126. Normal operating hours are Monday – Friday 730 am – 4 pm & Saturday 730 am – 1230 pm. There will not be a disposal cost for delivery to the South landfill to the contractor. • There are 6 operating doors, 2 – 25’, 4 – 26’ that can be open during working hours if needed but need to be closed at the end of the shift. • Approximate quantities to be cleaned: Top of concrete wall – 18” wide x 320 linear feet Aluminum paneling – 13’ 8” tall x 320 linear feet Translucent windows - 22, 3’ tall x 5’ wide (Included in the Aluminum paneling dimensions above) Window Vents – 2, 3’ tall x 5’ wide (Included in the Aluminum paneling dimensions above) Overhead Door Shrouds – 6, 3’ x 16’ Ceiling Roof Trusses – 24, 4’ tall x 100 linear feet (see photo) Ceiling dimensions – 100’ x 120’ All measurements to be confirmed by the Contractor.
