Line fence details: Fence line posts to be 2.5-inch Sch. 40 on 10-foot centers, driven 5-ft. deep minimum. Fence line post holes to be hand dug 30 inches deep as shown in Layout Plan highlighted areas to avoid damage to inlet and infiltration drainage piping. Fence line posts in detention trench area are required to be set in concrete 72 inches deep utilizing 8-inch Sonotubes. Disturbance of detention trench structure shall be minimal. Line fence top, bottom, and intermediate rails to be 1.25-inch diameter, sch. 40. End, corner, and gate post details: 3.5-inch gate posts sch. 40 diameter set in concrete 60 inches deep according to the attached Gate Post detail. 3-inch, sch. 40 diameter end and corner posts set in concrete 60 inches deep. Gate framing members to be 1.5-inch diameter Sch. 40 Provide dome caps on gate, corner, and end posts. Concrete: All concrete for post base construction shall be a five (5) bag mix and shall be mixed to obtain a low slump. Maximum aggregate size shall be one (1) inch. Seller to provide material submittal for approval. ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS Site preparation and restoration shall be included as part of the bid, including, but not limited to: Restore any damage to landscape or grass areas caused by vendor Seller removal of all construction debris from site. Seller to provide construction power as needed. Seller to provide sanitary facilities for installers as needed.
