All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The air charter company will be responsible for providing the following services: 1. Air Transportation - The air charter company shall provide safe, reliable and efficient air transportation services for URI Athletics sports teams and administrators. The air charter company shall ensure that the aircraft used for transportation meet all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) safety requirements and are maintained to the highest standard. 2. Flight Operations - The air charter company shall provide complete flight operations services, including pre-flight planning, flight monitoring, and communication with air traffic control. The air charter company shall ensure that all flights are operated in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. 3. Crew and Staffing - The air charter company shall provide qualified pilots and other crew members to operate the aircraft. The air charter company shall ensure that all pilots and crew members are properly trained, licensed, and qualified to operate the aircraft. 4. Aircraft Maintenance - The air charter company shall ensure that all aircraft used for transportation are maintained to the highest standard. The air charter company shall provide complete maintenance services, including routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
