Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project scope includes rehabilitation of runway and taxiway pavement and performingmiscellaneous improvements, including but not limited to electrical and navigational aid work,adjustments to safety area grades, etc. on Runway 8-26 at Hilo International Airport. All connectingTaxiways shall also be adjusted as necessary to stay in compliance with FAA regulations. This workincludes design development, producing all plans, drawings and specifications, construction safety andphasing plans (CSPP); participate in Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) meetings; constructionadministration support including review of submittals, construction schedules, response(s) to Requests forInformation (RFI’s), post construction support by providing as-built plans and any work necessary toensure completion of the design.
