Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City seeks consulting services from one or more firms or individuals to develop benchmarking and equitable building performance standards to reduce carbon emissions from existing buildings. Demonstrating a background in building energy benchmarking and efficiency and building performance standards, the Team(s) will gain an understanding of West Hollywood's unique building stock needs and challenges to conduct community outreach, develop policy recommendations, support ordinance adoption, prepare an implementation plan, and provide additional services that will assist West Hollywood in meeting its 2035 carbon neutrality goal through existing buildings.
