Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide: Any and all materials incidentals, equipment, and supplies necessary to satisfactorily complete the Contract including all safety equipment required by current laws and regulations. 4.2.4 CLEANING SPECIFICATIONS/STANDARDS 4.2.4.1 Monday/Thursday Daily Requirements: Collect and dispose of trash from offices, bathrooms, common areas, small conference room, hearing room, and warehouse; Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures (toilets, faucets, countertops, sinks, stall doors, mirrors, etc.), water fountains, and sink / countertop by the hearing room and in the warehouse; Replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed; Dust desks, telephones, file cabinets, tables, fixtures, study carrels, pictures, ledges, furniture, window sills, window coverings, chair mats, and other hard surfaces where dust generally collects. Use a damp wipe if needed; Sweep and mop hard surface floors in the entryway, restrooms, and in the kitchen-bathroom area of the warehouse. Vacuum all carpeted areas including: offices, common areas, small conference room, hearing room, hallways, etc. Spot clean as needed; Vacuum carpet floor mats. Spot clean as needed; Clean entrance glass doors and windows by reception area and hearing room; Spot clean smudges, kick marks, etc. from visible areas, doors and walls; Wipe down all door handles, fridge handles, microwave handle, and closet / storage cabinet doors; 4.2.4.2 Monthly - Advance notice must be given to Ben Jones or Jennifer Breton. Sweep hard surface floors in the warehouse. Spot clean with mop as needed; Dust all visible areas such as top of file cabinets, tables, shelving in warehouse; Vacuum upholstered furniture and spot clean as needed; 4.2.4.3 Twice per Year – Advance notice must be given to Ben Jones or Jennifer Breton. Mop hard surface floors in the warehouse. 4.2.4.3 Once per Year – Advance notice must be given to Ben Jones or Jennifer Breton. Damp clean window coverings; Dust tops of closet, partitions, door trim and moldings; Clean air duct grills; Wash wastebaskets, garbage containers, etc.
