Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Delaware Department of Transportation is for the purpose of acquiring Proposals from interested firms to provide at minimum, review/creation of SOPs related to Asset Management; support with technical reports and submissions; asset, risk and resilience support; support of setting and reporting on Performance Targets; updates and submittals of the Transportation Asset Management Plan; support of existing and new asset’s State of Good Repair Sheets; support of internal and external meetings, trainings, peer exchanges; conference presentations; development of asset use in a maintenance management system (like Maximo); and other items related to asset management.
