Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.CONTRACTOR shall respond via email or phone to request(s) for pick-ups and/or load deliveries from COUNTYwithin two (2) business days and provide confirmation of said pick-up requests, if applicable, within three (3)business days.2.CONTRACTOR shall inspect the shipment and delivery receipt upon acceptance of an electronic load to ensurethat the receipt accurately reflects the shipment documentation created by COUNTY.3.CONTRACTOR agrees to process and recycle electronic material, all in accordance with applicable federal, stateand local regulations. CONTRACTOR also agrees to provide a Certificate of Recycling which will indicate theprocessing of each load by weight & electronic subcategory. The certificate will indicate date electronic deviceswere delivered to CONTRACTOR, the material category with weight in pounds, and any special notes onCONTRACTOR’s letterhead. Each Certificate of Recycling shall include a statement equal or comparable to:CONTRACTOR certifies that the following shipment of materials was managed and recycled in accordance withall applicable Federal, State, Local Regulations and pursuant with the official written agreement between“COUNTY” and “CONTRACTOR”.4.CONTRACTOR is responsible for and will abide by all federal, state, and local laws and will maintain allnecessary licenses and permits.5.CONTRACTOR all necessary supplies (pallets, Gaylord boxes, shrink wrap, etc.) for the purpose of collection,temporary storage and recycling of computers and electronics
