Specifications include, but are not limited to: Must print ballots in accordance to the samples that are provided by the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), styles may change during the election cycle. Must print ballots in accordance with the voting equipment manufacturer’s requirements (i.e. timing marks to read the connected arrows, width, weight, etc). Must print certain ballots with color bar coding. Certain municipalities have polling locations with more than one precinct voting at the polling locations. Color bars assists with eliminating confusion at those polling location. Must print ballots (electronic or optical scan) per election offices/referendum. The County Clerk will be programming election equipment and will produce Adobe PDFs for ballot set‐up. The Outagamie County Clerk’s office will provide information for all ballots regarding set‐up. Any additional set‐up charges should be specified. Delivery will be to each municipality or the County Clerk’s office (for certain municipalities); specify charges.
