Specifications include, but are not limited to: The chosen vendor will need to deliver, assemble, and install the items directly to the Rhode Island Local Education Agencies (LEAs). Contact information for each LEA will be provided to the chosen vendor and thereafter the vendor will have to work directly with each LEA to coordinate the delivery of the items. The state will pay for the items but will not take possession of them at any point of the process. 1. The items and LEAs to be ordered are listed in Attachment A. There are 2,072 items for 34 LEAs in the initial order. Items must be delivered and invoiced by September 15, 2023 at the latest. Only a single quote for the entire set of items in this list will be accepted. The amount bid for these items in total will be the basis for selecting the winning bidder. 2. If further funding becomes available, there may be a follow-on order for additional LEAs, drawn from the “wait list” of items in Attachment B. There are 1,215 items for 16 LEAs on the waitlist. Depending on funding, some, all, or none of these items will be purchased. There is no guarantee that any items from the waitlist will be purchased. For the “wait list” items variable pricing may be submitted (i.e. a higher or lower per-item price depending on the quantity to be ordered).
