Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. Contractor shall provide verbatim recording, transcription and court reporting Services for Client Agency specified hearings and/or depositions. Hearing is defined to include but not be limited to any proceeding, arbitration hearing, judicial hearing, legislative hearing, public hearing, administrative hearing, conference, or convention as requested by Client Agency. II. Contractor shall Perform on-Site and virtually on a platform specified by Client Agency or via telephone conference (“Remote”) as required by Client Agency.
