Specifications include, but are not limited to: Outagamie County is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all materials and labor to construct/install an overlook viewing platform at the top of Mosquito Hill located at Mosquito Hill Nature Center. The viewing platform is approximately 320 square feet plus an access ramp. Mosquito Hill Nature Center is located at N3880 Rogers Rd in New London, WI. Drawings and Specifications per McMahon Engineers Architects. Project #M0601 062200156 dated August 2, 2022, 4 pages. Contractor shall be responsible for any permits that are required for this project and all work shall meet all local codes. The County will provide a trailer at the site location for the Contractor to throw all debris. The Contractor will be responsible for site clearing the project site onto the trailer. The County will remove the trailer. Provide a one‐year labor and materials warranty for project.
