Surface figure 1-wave (peak to valley 633 nm) 10. All non-optical surfaces to be fine ground 11. Lightweighted, the mechanical drawing is provided Coating Protected Aluminum or Dual wavelength dielectric coating (preferred) to be used at 532 nm & 1064nm simultaneously, similar to K13 coating by Thorlabs Secondary mirror: UW provides the substrate as an uncoated plano-convex lens (CVi laser optics Part# PLCX-25.4-77.3-UV). The secondary mirror is to be tested and qualified then coated with the same coating as primary mirror. The secondary and primary mirror are to be tested as a system prior to delivery.
