Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Marinette County Highway Department is requesting quotes for crushing of old asphalt material for stockpile. Asphalt waste material shall be crushed out to 1 ¼ inches. Concrete waste material shall be crushed out to 1 ¼ inches. Marinette County reserves the right to increase or decrease total quantities within 25% without a price increase. The vendor is responsible for obtaining any and all permits necessary for the completion of the work. Stockpiling may be done with conveyors, loaders, or trucks at the contractor’s option. Layers of no more than 1.0 foot in thickness shall be allowed. The top of the stockpile shall be sloped so as to allow effective runoff of any water from storms or snow melt.
