Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The proposer shall perform an ALTA survey, to include topographical and underground infrastructure to show size, inverts and elevations. B. The proposer shall perform a Hydrologic and Hydraulic study using the data collected in the ALTA survey to evaluate the capacity of the existing drainage system for a 10 year storm event per City of Dover Public Works Standards and Specifications. Known components of the Water Street can be found in Appendix A, “Water Street Flooding Study Drainage Report”. C. The proposer shall prepare plans of the proposed drainage improvements showing plan views and profiles, as well as erosion and sediment controls, which meet the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) regulations. D. The proposer shall obtain the approval of all applicable agencies, including, but not limited to, Kent Conservation District (KCD) and the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT). E. The design shall account for any utility adjustments required by any affected utility in the scope of the drainage improvement plans. F. The construction bid documents shall include an engineer’s estimate of the construction cost for the improvements.
