Specifications include, but are not limited to: Minot State University (MiSU) is soliciting proposals to contract with a qualified Vendor for ID Card system including door access, meal plans, card production, event check-in, hardware installation/replacement (see attachment 2 for current equipment). With the reconstruction of the Hartnett building, reopening December 2023, new hardware will already be installed and will need to be brought online first before January 2024. In the remaining buildings old hardware still exists and may not be compatible, which will call for replacement of existing equipment (see attachment 2 for a listing of our current equipment). Provide us with all costs associated with the following: parts (new and replacement of existing components with the access system i.e. hardware, software, etc.), labor, travel, equipment, professional services, implementation. Contract will include provisions for adding more door locations, equipment, and system support past the initial conversion process. This will include vendor catalog listing with discount off MSRP, negotiated travel, and hourly labor.
