Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Green Bay would like to Purchase (1) engineered restroom build kit or prefabricated building with (2) unisex bathrooms and (1) mechanical room for Farlin Park with Funding that will be expiring in November of 2023. The delivery of this build kit/prefabricated building will need to be delivered by November 10, 2023. The city of Green Bay is looking to purchase a building kit that will be assembled by others once the kit is delivered or a prefabricated structure that will be installed by others. Concrete mortar joint split-face block structures with stone wainscoting and metal roofing are preferred over wood framing and asphalt shingles. The fixtures for each restroom shall include (1) wall mounted porcelain sink with motion sensor faucet, (1) floor mount porcelain toilet with exposed sensor valve. The doors and frames shall be FRP and powder coated black. Restroom doors shall have a heavy duty closer, threshold, sweep, kickplate, pull/pull handle with deadbolt manual locks. The mechanical room door shall have a heavy duty closer, threshold, sweep, kickplate and manual lock. The interior and exterior shall have latex epoxy paint over block. The floor shall be an epoxy floor coating. Mechanical, electric and plumbing shall be installed within the building to allow for a quick connect to the utilities within the park. Include a 200 Amp, 1-Phase Breaker Panel A mechanical ventilation system is preferred. Include an electric tank water heater or connection point for tank heater. A drinking fountain model Elkay EDFP217FPK, will be installed by others, please include utility connections for this. Exterior lights shall include wall mount LED downlight with timer. Interior lighting shall be motion sensor. (1) Xlerator Wall Mount Hand Dryer hand dryer for each restroom will be installed by others. Provide an electrical connection point for the hand dryers.
