Specifications include, but are not limited to: Applicants should focus their efforts on one or more of the goals listed below. • Demonstrate full integration of agonist and partial agonist treatments for opioid use disorder (buprenorphine and methadone), rather than a primary focus on antagonist medication (naltrexone). • Target critical gaps in current service systems across diverse racial, ethnic, geographic, and other demographic groups. • Provide community education/public awareness events that focus on the efficacy of medications for opioid use disorder and promote resources for individuals with stimulant use disorder. • Provide education on and distribution of naloxone and fentanyl test strips. • Offer recovery support services, such as peer support, recovery coaching, and/or recovery housing to individuals.
