Specifications include, but are not limited to: The system shall be a fully configured high-speed camera setup including any necessary tripods, lights, and switches that would be required to provide a clear video at 10,000 frames per second. A travel case to protect the camera and lenses during transit would be preferred. The camera itself should be capable of recording a monochromatic video with a resolution of at least one Megapixel at 7,400 frames per second for at least one second. A standard 50mm lens is expected. The camera will be paired with and remotely triggered based on an input from the data acquisition system the University is purchasing from Diversified Technical Systems, Inc. (SLICE Nano Head & Spine Drop System). The University expects the vendor to provide training on the system in either online or in-person format for 2-4 people lasting approximately 4 hours.
