Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work consists of new floor replacements to Parkdale Community Center which consists of approximately 4,650 sf. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the division one general requirements; demolition of floor and base as shown, demolition of existing floor sleeves, partial demolition of terrazzo flooring as shown, demolition of exterior concrete, installation of hydraulic cement underlayment, installation of pipe and tube railings, existing stage to be removed and reinstalled to accommodate new floor height, installation of above-grade vapor retarders, installation of wood athletic flooring, installation of resilient base and accessories, installation of ramps/ transitions and vinyl flooring, and installation of concrete paving using materials noted on drawings and specifications herein.
