Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construct an 8600SF addition and make renovations to the existing 20,000SF Armory Facility to increase office space, support spaces and tactical workspace. The new addition will be a combination masonry and steel frame one story structure. The new addition will include administration office space, multi-function space, locker rooms, ADA showers, lactation room, learning support and storage space. Renovation within the existing building includes approximately 8,000 of corridor extensions, office space and ADA door hardware upgrades, new heat pump HVAC and electrical upgrades throughout the building. Site work includes new stormwater retention areas, concrete walkways and utility relocation.
