Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pickup of recyclables collected at five area drop-off sites for delivery to Waupaca County's Processing and Transfer Facility (PTF). Waupaca County has five area drop-off centers for recyclables. The recyclables that will be picked up under this proposal are cardboard, mixed paper, and Plastics. The number and size of storage containers/boxes are frequency of collection are listed. Waupaca County owns all of the containers listed. It is expected that all the sites will be serviced the same day for one material, i.e. a "milk run" of all dumpsters to attain the most efficient and economical service. Cardboard and mixed paper is collected in 40-yard open top roll-off boxes at the Clintonville site. One open top roll-off box is usually serviced a few time each year on an as needed basis.
