All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Deliver timely, competent, quality barber services to Milwaukee County Criminal Justice Facility (CJF) and the Community Reintegration Center (CRC) occupants/residents. b. Provide 48-hour advance notice when service will be unable to be performed, emergencies excepted (with a note provided to a Jail command staffer within 24 hours of the emergency) c. Maintain on file a current State of Wisconsin barber’s license. d. Provide a current Certificate of Insurance and evidence of current personal automobile insurance approved by the Milwaukee County Risk Manager and/or designee before contract commencement and 30 days before renewal. e. Refrain from giving occupants/residents anything without the express consent of CJF or CRC command staff and track and account for all equipment that has been brought into CJF and CRC to provide services. f. Be able to establish a minimum and maximum number of services per visit with the consent of both parties. g. Follow all directives and procedures regarding procedures at CJF and CRC. h. Receive the established fee as compensation minus an Office of the Sheriff administration charge of $.50 per $0.01 to $6.99 service, $1.00 per $7.00 to $19.99 service and $2.00 per service $20.00 and up. i. Not discriminate against anyone because of race, color, national origin, age, sex, or handicap
