Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Department of Administration, State Procurement Bureau, is considering a request from the Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks, to award a Sole Source contract to Dillon Flying Service LLC for the Supply of AS350B3 Helicopter. The determination of this Sole Source purchase is based on the following requirements: 1. Must have Certified FAA inspector Authorization and experience working on AS350 Helicopters 2. Current Rotor wing FAA Licensed AS350B3 Qualified pilot for test flights and ferry flight to deliver to KHLN. 3. Needs to be a current FAA-authorized broker and should be based in Montana 4. Must be able to provide AS350B3 Helicopter as early as Sept 15, 2023, with the following requirements: a. Less than 5,000 hours total time airframe and powerplant b. 2005 or newer c. Current United States FAA Airworthiness Certificate, all ADs, and Mandatory Service Bulletins completed and current, Include all proper documentation of compliance of service bulletins, 337’s field approvals, and all other maintenance since new d. All major component times must have no less than 1000 hours remaining and within tolerance e. 12-year inspection done within last 2 years f. 2 rear sliding doors g. Cargo hook h. Dual controls 5. This service needs to have a total cost Under $2,000,000 which includes all brokerage fees
