Equal must have a minimum of 5installations in the US utilizing specified covers.6.Submittals: Submit product data with bid. The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District invites and will accept bids for the purchase of upto six (6) new digester access manhole covers as specified above. MMSD intends to use theresults of this process to award and issue a purchase order for the winning bid as a lump sum. MMSD does reserve the right to award any combination of digester access manhole covers, up to six, from a single bidder and cannot divide the award between two or more bidders
