Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Demolition/decommission of the entire structure - Asbestos abatement/removal - 6-foot temporary chain link fence around perimeter of project - Removal/disposal of all asphalt and concrete - Fill basement with sand - Entire site restored with 4” of topsoil with grass seed, erosion control matting, straw, etc. - All permits/utilities by Contractor - Silt fence installed as needed along river/ditches - Lump sum deduct line item for salvaged items, parts, pieces, scrap, elevators, boilers, HVAC, electrical, fuel system, steel, iron, rebar, pumps, compressors, etc. OR 15-20% deduct on any items sold or scrapped - The cost of a performance bond for the performance and completion of the project.
