Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Enhance mobility and access, improve the equity, safety, reliability, and sustainability of our mobility systems, reduce our reliance on automobiles, allow for more growth with less parking, and satisfy parking demand to the extent feasible and practical given our city and community goals. • Develop a parking strategy that is data-driven, community informed and provides specific working documents for implementation. • Reduce the frustration commonly associated with parking by utilizing technology options for payment, location, optimal utilization and notification for residents, businesses, and visitors. • Establish a self-funded regulatory authority to manage the parking network for the entire area of implementation. • Provide for near term, mid-term and long-term implementation, for ease of public acceptance, and to match City growth
