Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is looking for firms interested in providing professional Engineering services for the project referencedabove. The project scope will involve the design, bid and construction for MCN Campus, Activities Gymnasium AirConditioning at the Human Services Center in Yankton, South Dakota, OSE# H1324--01X.The project will include the addition of a new air conditioning system for the gymnasium located in the Activities Building. Initially a study will be conducted to determine existing conditions, equipment needs, and if the existing air handling unit can be utilized. The study will be used to help determine the project budget. Design, bidding, and construction administration will follow once funding is determined
