All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: MTS is seeking a single prime SI who can provide a fully integrated SaaS-based Finance and Maintenance Management System (“FMMS”) solution, and implementation and integration services from an off-site hosting platform to meet the functional/technical scope and the business requirements as defined in this RFP. The Proposer shall also provide, post implementation support and annual maintenance/managed services from the off-site hosting location (in a “cloud” or similar type environment). As a result of this RFP, MTS shall enter into a “single contract” with a “single prime Proposer (Proposer)” for the requested services as outlined in this Scope/Statement of Work (“SOW:) of this RFP. MTS expects the Proposer to assemble a full team of resources, skills, products, and qualifications to meet all requirements as laid out in the SOW and RFP. The selected Proposer shall assume all contractual responsibilities, obligations, and comply with all contract terms and conditions.
