Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Crescent City Area office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide HVAC maintenance in accordance the manufacturer’s preventive maintenance recommendations and the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Contractor’s State Licensing Board, C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor. B. Contractor and subcontractor(s) shall be registered with the Department of Labor Relations for public works projects pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. See Exhibit D, Section 1. F, Public Works Contractor Registration Program. C. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E)
