The consultant isexpected to produce a HUD-compliant 2025-29 Consolidated Plan and an update to the currentAIthatwillcomplywithHUD’slatestruleregardingAffirmativelyFurther Fair Housing. This willinclude•all data collection and statistical analysis (demographic, income, employment, housing,mortgage lending, etc.) necessary to meet HUD requirements for these documents, to includeoA comprehensive review of the jurisdiction’s laws, regulations, and administrativepolicies, procedures, and practices;oAn assessment of how those laws, etc. affect the location, availability, and accessibility ofhousing; andoAn assessment of conditions, both public and private, affecting fair housing choice for allprotected classes.oAn assessment of the availability of affordable, accessible housing in a range of unit sizes. 2•working with City staff to coordinate both general public input as well as consultation withCDBG stakeholders and public and private entities that provide services to low- andmoderate-income (LMI) persons and presumed benefit populations.•assistance in developing appropriate goals and objectives, including identification of any localimpediments to fair housing choice and recommendations for action.•drafting HUD-compliant (and IDIS compatible) documents for adoption by City Council
