Specifications include, but are not limited to: No. Deliverables - The STATE seeks the following deliverables to achieve the objectives of this project: Contractor must collect records from the State on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and keep a record of what has been collected. Contractor must furnish all boxes/bins used in transport and is responsible for movement of records. Contractor must describe how records are protected from risk during transit.; Contractor must prep and scan all paper records and create pdf documents organized in a manner agreed upon by State. Contractor will complete all scanning services off-site at a secure business location and furnish all equipment for scanning process.; Contractor must commit more than one employee to the project to ensure security protocols are maintained in transit and at the processing location, and to ensure timely execution of project. Contractor must have and describe nature of security systems at business location.; Contractor will deliver pdf files to the State in a manner agreed upon by the State after an opportunity to review sample alternatives. Contractor must be able to adjust organization of data upon consultation with ICAO.; Contractor will transport certain paper records as directed by the State to the State Historical Society. Contractor will also destroy certain records as directed by the ICAO. Contractor must describe the method of disposal of documents and acknowledge they will provide a certificate of destruction.; Contractor must describe in detail the method of disposal of the digital copies of the scanned documents.
